The vision and mission for the Toowoomba Diocese Ministry with Young People has been developed in line with the Australian vision for Youth Ministry and the Toowoomba Diocese Pastoral Plan.

Build a Ministy that enables our young people to encounter and live the love of God.

- Provide faith-building opportunities
- Work ecumenically with the churches of the Toowoomba Diocese
- Address social justice issues that affect young people
- Celebrate life-giving liturgical events
- Offer outreach and service to those in need of assistance
- Develop young leaders to drive the Ministry initiatives within each of our five Deaneries
